Due to hygiene purposes, We do not accept refunds, returns or cancellations.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We will try our best to accommodate with your needs.

All jewelleries cannot be returned nor exchanged once orders have been placed and/or received by the buyer.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Damages caused by the courier service (We will help to lodge a report to the courier services if such case occurs.)

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the items are not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


NOTE: Items of return will only be acceptable when they're not used or worn, items must be in the original packaging before returning. 

Any damaged items caused by buyer will not be acceptable for return nor refund.
